The hotel is immersed in pretty parkland. The centuries old park of Caiammari is a real botanic garden of exotic inspiration and mediterranean vegetation. It is a rare collection of 105 species. The meeting/banqueting facilities are impressive and cater for a diverse mixture of needs. The charming Sala delle Vele, is surrounded by Caiammari park and offers a bright and sunny environment thanks to the glass walls. It can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 300 guests. The elegant Sala Hibiscus is suitable for smaller events and can fit up to 60 people. The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the center of Ortigia and the Arenella beach.

Food & Beverage

The Hibiscus restaurant offers an array of typical Sicilian, Italian and international dishes. During the summer period, the restaurant also serves tasty cold dishes and refreshing aperitifs in an elegant and tranquil poolside location. Try the rich à la carte menu and choose from the exquisite selection of wines. Reservation is advised. Breakfast is served between 07:30-10:30, Lunch between 12:30-14:00 and Dinner between 20:00-22:00. The Pool bar is open between 09:30-18:30 in the summer season.
